Andre Russell is an international award-winning artist with over 15 years of Professional experience in the Theatre Industry, Andre can draft a pretty hefty Resume. From onstage to behind the scenes he floats aimlessly, sometimes doing both. For seven years, he has directed more than 5,000 students at Next Stop Broadway and understands how to engage young minds in the arts. He also has helped to develop two successful Theatre for Young Audiences shows. He has dedicated his career to inspiring and uplifting young individuals. His unique understanding of theatrical storytelling and remarkable ability to connect with young audiences form the foundation of So Bizerk!’s captivating narrative. His creative vision infuses the show with vibrant energy, ensuring that students are enthralled by every moment as they embark on a journey of laughter, learning, and personal growth. He is so excited to bring So Bizerk! to the next generation!
ANDReW Ramsarran

Andrew Ramsarran is a pivotal force behind Invision Theatre Company as its Executive Director, has dedicated most of his life to the arts and education. Embarking on his theatrical journey at the tender age of 12, Andrew's love for the stage has seen him in myriad roles, notably as the Youth Musical Theatre Director for Next Stop Broadway and the Musical Theatre Program Director at Somerset Parkland Academy. His skills don't just lie on the stage; as a devoted educator, he's imparted wisdom to countless young minds. With heartfelt gratitude, he acknowledges his wife Jackie, sons Andy and Anthony, mother Dianne, grandmother Betty, dad Ryan, and brother Ethan for their endless support and belief in his dreams.
Mary Lafrance

Mary Lafrance (Sansone) is a native artist of South Florida and honored to collaborate with Invision Theatre’s inaugural project with her talented husband Mcley. The spark of imagination runs deep in her veins – she loves to tell a good story! She has performed in over 40 regional theatre productions around the nation. She worked with Invision cofounder Andre Russell and Mcley Lafrance when she served with as Creative Consultant for City Theatre and developed programs to empower students with solutions to handle stress using the arts. During that time she co-Produced & starred in original productions, wrote 6 original short plays, designed study guides, and led talkbacks focusing on embracing diversity and cultural differences. She loves a good pun, hazelnut gelato, and believes that beauty will save the world. Some favorite acting credits include: Olivia (Twelfth Night – Hilberry Theatre), Clara (The Nutcracker – House
Theatre of Chicago), and Leah (The Immigrant – Broward Stage Door).
